Our behavior patterns are continues. Many of us want to feel better, happier, less stressed and more successful. We must first decided/dream of who we want to be and what that looks like. We must then fuel our minds and bodies with that which will inspire us to move towards the person we want to become. Our mind and body is conditioned to want comfort. We are created that way so that we stay safe and far away from the saber tooth tiger. Yet, if we want to grow, become happier, less stressed, and healthier, we must get uncomfortable. Anything in life that we want to achieve we must work for...and work is uncomfortable for many. When we work for something we appreciate it far more than if it came immediately. As you change behavior patterns to that of healthier ones, it will likely feel uncomfortable. Keep pushing forward and you will witness your transformation.
Healing Work- Think about who you want to be. Think about what your life might look like. Begin to think about what growth and work you need to do to achieve it.
