We have so much going on today. We often live in a state of stress and fight or flight mode. Corona has universally changed our lives for the moment. It is challenging to to brake away from our negative reoccurring thoughts and force our minds into a positive place. The heavier, more negative the thought, the more difficult it is to release it from our mind. Instead of trying to do all of this heavy lifting I ask you to merely get inspired. It is difficult to inspire ourselves as we often have the same revolving thoughts day in and day out.

Healing Work- Begin each day with a short 5-10 minute guided meditation first thing upon rising. Watch your day begin to transform into a happier, more peaceful place.
